  1. Make the sugar syrup by dissolving the white sugar in water over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Then place in the fridge to cool.
  2. Wash and chop the strawberries then blend with the sugar syrup until smooth.
  3. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the strawberry syrup into the champagne glasses and top with sparkling wine (or champagne). Swirl gently to mix.
  4. Enjoy!
