This super popular recipe is the perfect snack or dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth! It's made from a couple of simple ingredients and tastes totally decadent!
Prep time note: This recipe takes 5 minutes to make. Then you can either eat it immediately while the chocolate is all melty, or pop it in the freezer for 15 minutes to create a hard chocolate shell.

- Roughly chop the dark chocolate and place it in a small bowl. Melt in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth.
- Slice the banana.
- Spread the peanut butter over the rice cake, top with sliced banana and drizzle over the melted chocolate. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
- Eat immediately or pop it into the freezer for 15 minutes until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!
