I’m based in the USA/UK/Canada/Australia – will the recipes and meal plans still be useful to me?

Absolutely yes! We have over a thousand happy customers around the world. They’re living in places like the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and spread throughout Europe. 

Recipes have both imperial (ounces) and metric (grams) options. And we give country-specific ingredient names. If you need help finding a product, you can just message the team and we’ll help you find a local option.

Will I get help with the FODMAP elimination phase and reintroduction phases?

You sure will. All our recipes and meal plans are suitable for the first phase of the low FODMAP diet. In the Wellness Club you can also access a 6 week online FODMAP101 course that walks you through the first phase of the diet, then you can move onto our Challenge FODMAP course that will guide you through the reintroduction process.

Do you have vegan & vegetarian meal plan options?

Yes! We have 8 weeks of nutritionally balanced vegan and vegetarian plans available in the Wellness Club. We also have 250+ vegetarian and 200+ vegan recipes for you to enjoy. You can access these recipes via the Recipe Club or Wellness Club.

How do I find low FODMAP products?

Our team is on hand to help you find low FODMAP products. All you have to do is send us a photo of the ingredient list or a link to the product and we’ll check it for FODMAPs for you.

What support do you offer via chat?

At any time you can message or email the team and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
