How does billing work?

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your chosen time period. You can cancel, change or upgrade your plan at any time through your ‘Accounts & Preferences’ page once you have logged in.

Do you offer a refund or free trial?

We don’t currently offer a free trial or a refund for our online subscriptions. If you are not sure that the subscription is for you then we recommend you select the ‘monthly’ plan option. You can always change your subscription plan under your ‘Account & Preferences’ page at a later date.
