Juicy and sweet strawberries are often a go-to fruit in summer. The great news is they can still be part of your low FODMAP diet but instead of eating a punnet of strawberries, you need to limit your serving to a small handful.
How much is low FODMAP?
You can enjoy 5 medium strawberries (that’s about a small handful or 65g) while in the first phase of the low FODMAP diet. Serving sizes larger than this can become high FODMAP quickly so check the Monash University FODMAP Diet App for more information.
