Red Bell Pepper
Red bell pepper is also called red capsicum or red pepper in different parts of the world. This vegetable is a fun way to add colour and texture to your meals. It also has a low FODMAP serving that can be enjoyed in the first phase of the low FODMAP diet.
How much is low FODMAP?
You can enjoy 1/3 cup of red bell pepper/capsicum per meal. Make sure you check the Monash University FODMAP Diet App for more information.
Also be careful combining red bell pepper/capsicum with tomatoes as this can sometimes create FODMAP stacking.
