Raspberries
Portion size is key when it comes to fruit on the low FODMAP diet. Raspberries have low FODMAP, moderate FODMAP and high FODMAP serving sizes. On the first phase of the low FODMAP diet you want to focus on enjoying the low FODMAP serving size.
How many raspberries can you eat?
You can enjoy about ⅓ cup of berries (60g) per meal. Just remember to leave 3 to 4 hours between each serving. You can find out more about raspberry serving sizes and what FODMAPs they contain in the Monash University FODMAP Diet App.
