Avocado
Avocado has low FODMAP, moderate FODMAP and high FODMAP serving sizes. Overall it’s generally rated as moderate FODMAP for perseitol (a type of polyol)… BUT if you are in the first phase of the low FODMAP diet you can enjoy a small serving.
How much is low FODMAP?
During the first phase of the low FODMAP diet limit your serving to 60g or about a 1/3 of a medium avocado.

We love mixing a low FODMAP serving of avocado with mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice to make a fun dip or spread for toast or adding a couple of slices to our tortillas, nachos or nourishing bowls.
