How Our Meal Plans Work
Every week for 6 weeks, I’ll send you a meal plan that includes:
- Five low FODMAP and gluten free dinner recipes
- Two styles of grocery lists (by category and by recipe)
- A list of prep steps if you want to get a jump start on your week
All you have to do each week is open your email. With the organising done, you’ll be all set for the week!
The recipes in the meal plans are from our most popular recipes on alittlebityummy.com and our fan favourites from our Recipe Club. We also checked the menus with over 20 mums to make sure there were plenty of options their kids would enjoy.

We want to make getting organized for dinner time as easy as possible. Here’s what your weekly family friendly meal plan will contain:

Weekly Menu
You’ll get five delicious dinner recipes that are simple to prepare. The recipes contain easy to find ingredients, lots of fresh produce and a range of different protein options.
- Each recipe is low FODMAP and has a gluten free option
- Almost all of the recipes can be made dairy free
- Your week of recipes will contain a range of protein options from chicken to beef, pork, fish or a vegetarian option. We’ll also include some alternative protein options for all fish and vegetarian options
- Cook in cups, ounces or grams
- Each recipe makes 4 servings
- Tried and true recipes – these are our most popular recipes that have been mum-approved
- Downloadable menu PDF – view on your device or print – you choose!

Itemised Shopping List
Get TWO comprehensive grocery lists that contain everything you’ll need for the week. You can shop by category (e.g. vegetables, pantry items, protein) if making all the recipes OR shop by the individual recipes (if you’re not making all five).
The shopping list comes with checkboxes so you can tick off everything you have and only grab what you need.

Prep Steps
Our prep page has all the items you can prep in advance to make cooking a breeze. Spend an hour on the weekend to slice your veggies and mix your sauces, then you’re ready to take on the week.

Is this meal plan the same as the Fast & Fresh Meal Plan?
This is a new bundle of meal plans and 80% of the recipes are different. That means there are lots of new recipes for you to explore.
How much time do the recipes require?
Most of the recipes need 20 – 30 minutes of hands-on time in the kitchen, then you can leave the meal to simmer or cook while you move on to other tasks.
Are the meal plans printable or digital?
Each week we’ll email you a PDF of your meal plan, so you can choose to print them or view them digitally. You also get to keep these PDFs forever, so you won’t lose access to the meal plans once the 6 weeks are up.
Will I miss out if I'm too busy to make a week of meals?
Absolutely not! These meal plans come to you in a downloadable PDF. That means if you are too busy to make the meals, you can download and save the meal plan to make at another time.
Do I have to log in to view the meal plans?
No, you don’t! These meal plans are separate from our FODMAP Made Easy program and Recipe Club membership. This means you do not need to log in to access them. All you need to do is open the email, click the meal plan link and download the PDF.
Are the meal plans suitable for vegetarians?
Our family friendly meal plans haven’t been designed for vegans and vegetarians. Stay tuned – we’ll have a dedicated vegan and vegetarian meal plan kit coming out next year. In the meantime, you can access online vegan meal plans through our FODMAP Made Easy program.
I'm a dietitian - can I use these meal plans with my clients?
These meal plans are for individual use only, please contact us if you are looking for resources to use with multiple clients.
Do I have to buy in USD?
Once you click through to the payment page, you’ll be able to pay in NZD, AUD, GBP, USD or CAD.
I'm not part of your email list - how will I get the meal plans?
Once you register and pay for the family friendly meal plan, you will be redirected to a payment success page. Within 12 hours our team will add you to our Family Friendly Meal Plan email list so you can receive the weekly meal plans.
